Andrew did a top quality job inspecting house we were thinking of buying. We saw problems and issues that we could deal with. Andrew called before inspection informing who he was, what he was going to do and any questions or issues I may have. He informed me when he was at house to preform inspection also when I should arrive to go over items. We meet and he showed me areas of concern, he had pictures on everything, good and the bad. He said he would finish report and that evening I started reviewing. It was very detailed, he saw what we saw plus much more. His knowledge and being detailed was amazing.
