Timely and very detailed inspection. Through and well explained.

Andrew was fantastic. He explained the process and spent a long time with us explaining everything he saw in the report. The report was easy to understand, and was thorough. Tons of pictures in the inspection as well.

Andrew is absolutely awesome and 110% trustworthy. I almost got into a bad home full of problems and he was honest and saved this single grandmother raising two granddaughters many nightmares and headaches. Never will use anyone else, ever!

You won’t find a more thorough inspector than Andrew. He takes great care to not only find any issues, but to explain them and make sure all questions are answered, even beyond the inspection period.
