We just purchased a home in Tennessee, while living in New York State. Jordan was extremely accommodating and delivered results in 24 hours of the inspection. He even Zoomed with us to go over findings. My wife and I found him to be personable as well as thorough and meticulous. Andrew saved me from a disaster of a home. He went through the home I was going to buy with a fine tooth comb. Boy o boy the things that he found that no one else did was amazing. His report, pictures and videos were worth every penny I paid and more. I have bought 5 or 6 houses in my life and never had a home inspection done as well as this one.
