Storey Inspections

I have used Andrew with Storey Home Inspections twice now. Reasonably priced, detailed inspection report and great to work with! Scheduled my home inspection timely and report was available next day. Andrew called and went over the report, answered any questions we had. I can’t say enough good things about Storey. Report had video, detailed photos and explanation, easy to read and understand. Highly recommended!!

Andrew was fantastic. He explained the process and spent a long time with us explaining everything he saw in the report. The report was easy to understand, and was thorough. Tons of pictures in the inspection as well.

We just purchased a home in Tennessee, while living in New York State. Jordan was extremely accommodating and delivered results in 24 hours of the inspection. He even Zoomed with us to go over findings. My wife and I found him to be personable as well as thorough and meticulous. We can tell he is hardworking, and he was timely in his communications with us. The imaging and videos demonstrating discovered deficiencies were extremely useful, especially when repair time comes. I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. My current inspection was a new build in which Andrew found items that needed attention from the builder. My experience has taught me to never purchase a home without an inspection. That is why I would never purchase a home without the insight and knowledge that Andrew provides with his thorough inspection of a property.
