Storey Inspections

I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. My current inspection was a new build in which Andrew found items that needed attention from the builder. My experience has taught me to never purchase a home without an inspection. That is why I would never purchase a home without the insight and knowledge that Andrew provides with his thorough inspection of a property. Andrew was fantastic!! He was able to fit us in the week we called to schedule, came highly recommended by our Relator (for good reason!). His report was super prompt, thorough, and he had a very detailed call with us to go over everything afterwords to make sure we understood all of his notes and photos.

Great company with work with. Jordan is a Knowledgeable guy. He was able to find issues in the home which normally you can’t see even they are in front of you. His inspection findings made my builder fix those issues. My builder messed up in the RADON test and we had to reschedule , Jordan worked with the builder and did the test again in a tight deadline. Overall I’m very pleased that I hired him to my home’s final inspection
