Storey Inspections

It is seldom I have an opportunity to write a review where I am impressed not once but twice by someone's knowledge and work ethic as I experienced with Jordan. I was unable to be at this home inspection but knowing how he handled our first go at it I wasn't worried. After he did his inspection we did a video call where he took me through the inspection and reviewed the good and not so good findings. Each step of the way I was able to ask questions and get answers. Jordan impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge and I would recommend him to anyone. We need to clone him. Garry

Andrew did a top quality job inspecting house we were thinking of buying. We saw problems and issues that we could deal with. Andrew called before inspection informing who he was, what he was going to do and any questions or issues I may have. He informed me when he was at house to preform inspection also when I should arrive to go over items. We meet and he showed me areas of concern, he had pictures on everything, good and the bad. He said he would finish report and that evening I started reviewing. It was very detailed, he saw what we saw plus much more. His knowledge and being detailed was amazing. We are purchasing this place and with his report we know what needs to be addressed and a game plan what to do first, it is a great punch out list. Nothing major yet it does have issues that we can address ourselves, if we can't we know what trade to call. Great company with work with. Jordan is a Knowledgeable guy. He was able to find issues in the home which normally you can’t see even they are in front of you. His inspection findings made my builder fix those issues. My builder messed up in the RADON test and we had to reschedule , Jordan worked with the builder and did the test again in a tight deadline. Overall I’m very pleased that I hired him to my home’s final inspection

Andrew is phenomenal at his job. He was very informed and provided immense detail in his report. His willingness to share information and answer questions made me feel very comfortable about moving forward with my 1st home purchase. I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. My current inspection was a new build in which Andrew found items that needed attention from the builder. My experience has taught me to never purchase a home without an inspection. That is why I would never purchase a home without the insight and knowledge that Andrew provides with his thorough inspection of a property. Andrew was responsive about booking our home inspection and keeping us in the loop of the timeline. He was thorough in his inspection and report and made himself available for questions. He also was able to recommend some contractors he had used previously to fix some of the issues found. A great option for your home inspections!
