It is seldom I have an opportunity to write a review where I am impressed not once but twice by someone's knowledge and work ethic as I experienced with Jordan. I was unable to be at this home inspection but knowing how he handled our first go at it I wasn't worried. After he did his inspection we did a video call where he took me through the inspection and reviewed the good and not so good findings. Each step of the way I was able to ask questions and get answers. Jordan impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge and I would recommend him to anyone. We need to clone him. Garry

Andrew saved me from a disaster of a home. He went through the home I was going to buy with a fine tooth comb. Boy o boy the things that he found that no one else did was amazing. His report, pictures and videos were worth every penny I paid and more. I have bought 5 or 6 houses in my life and never had a home inspection done as well as this one. Just got my inspection report for the house we are buying in TN. Jordan and Next Generation did the most thorough and complete inspection I've ever seen (and we have bought and sold three houses). He looked at everything from construction, to appliances, to plumbing, to roofing - every aspect of the house. I particularly liked the way he used a drone to inspect the roof and gables. Jordan is truly an expert and professional and knows what he is doing. He's the guy if you need a home inspection.
