We just purchased a home in Tennessee, while living in New York State. Jordan was extremely accommodating and delivered results in 24 hours of the inspection. He even Zoomed with us to go over findings. My wife and I found him to be personable as well as thorough and meticulous. We can tell he is hardworking, and he was timely in his communications with us. The imaging and videos demonstrating discovered deficiencies were extremely useful, especially when repair time comes. He was a font of information on how best to proceed and in helping us prioritize recommendations for repair and safety. We would highly endorse his inspection services to others.

It is seldom I have an opportunity to write a review where I am impressed not once but twice by someone's knowledge and work ethic as I experienced with Jordan. I was unable to be at this home inspection but knowing how he handled our first go at it I wasn't worried. After he did his inspection we did a video call where he took me through the inspection and reviewed the good and not so good findings. Each step of the way I was able to ask questions and get answers. Jordan impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge and I would recommend him to anyone. We need to clone him. Garry

Jordan and the way he conducts his business is like a Blast to the Past. If you can remember back 10-20 years ago, you know what I'm talking about. Its easy to maneuver thru his information, understand about the different inspections and what you need. From there you pick a date. You will hear back from him quickly and communication begins. He explains everything to you in regards to the type of inspection, the cost and what to expect. Date is set and guess what he comes on time, completes his work in the time he discussed with you and you have your completed report that night or the very next day. If you can come and chat with him at the end of the inspection he'll go over it with you as well. Sharing every detail. It doesn't stop there. Your completed Inspection sheets again allow you to see the pictures of these areas he discussed with you along with others. Done; but trust me if you need anything else he's there with you till the end...not a second before. When's the last time you have had this kind of service? Then taking what he learned and putting it with photos you can actually see clearly, and to text you can understand; it's just amazing. Everything from his professional demeanor, the way he conducts business, and his determination to give you the best inspection ever is just so not expected in these days and times. Jordan stands out among the others. I could go on and on and sing his praises, Read the other reviews; see for yourself. Andrew Murabito is excellent! He stepped up and completed my inspection in a timely manner, warned me appropriately about the first property I was looking at, and gave me great guidance on the property I bought a week later. Best experience I have ever had with an inspection.

Andrew did a top quality job inspecting house we were thinking of buying. We saw problems and issues that we could deal with. Andrew called before inspection informing who he was, what he was going to do and any questions or issues I may have. He informed me when he was at house to preform inspection also when I should arrive to go over items. We meet and he showed me areas of concern, he had pictures on everything, good and the bad. He said he would finish report and that evening I started reviewing. It was very detailed, he saw what we saw plus much more. His knowledge and being detailed was amazing. We are purchasing this place and with his report we know what needs to be addressed and a game plan what to do first, it is a great punch out list. Nothing major yet it does have issues that we can address ourselves, if we can't we know what trade to call.
