I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. My current inspection was a new build in which Andrew found items that needed attention from the builder. My experience has taught me to never purchase a home without an inspection. That is why I would never purchase a home without the insight and knowledge that Andrew provides with his thorough inspection of a property. Andrew inspected 2 homes for me - one I bought in 2021 & one that was being sold in 2023 Andrew is phenomenal! He does not miss a thing & answers any questions I asked.
