Andrew saved me from a disaster of a home. He went through the home I was going to buy with a fine tooth comb. Boy o boy the things that he found that no one else did was amazing. His report, pictures and videos were worth every penny I paid and more. I have bought 5 or 6 houses in my life and never had a home inspection done as well as this one. It is seldom I have an opportunity to write a review where I am impressed not once but twice by someone's knowledge and work ethic as I experienced with Jordan. I was unable to be at this home inspection but knowing how he handled our first go at it I wasn't worried. After he did his inspection we did a video call where he took me through the inspection and reviewed the good and not so good findings. Each step of the way I was able to ask questions and get answers. Jordan impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge and I would recommend him to anyone. We need to clone him. Garry

The first time, he did the initial inspection before I bought my house, giving me confidence in my purchase. I had him return for a reinspection to ensure the seller completed all agreed-upon repairs. Then, a year later—right before my home warranty expired—I brought him back for another inspection to catch any lingering issues. Finally, after the builder/seller completed the repairs, I had him reinspect one more time to make sure everything was done correctly.
