Andrew is absolutely awesome and 110% trustworthy. I almost got into a bad home full of problems and he was honest and saved this single grandmother raising two granddaughters many nightmares and headaches. Never will use anyone else, ever!

Andrew was fantastic. He explained the process and spent a long time with us explaining everything he saw in the report. The report was easy to understand, and was thorough. Tons of pictures in the inspection as well.

It is seldom I have an opportunity to write a review where I am impressed not once but twice by someone's knowledge and work ethic as I experienced with Jordan. I was unable to be at this home inspection but knowing how he handled our first go at it I wasn't worried. After he did his inspection we did a video call where he took me through the inspection and reviewed the good and not so good findings. Each step of the way I was able to ask questions and get answers. Jordan impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge and I would recommend him to anyone. We need to clone him. Garry

Great company with work with. Jordan is a Knowledgeable guy. He was able to find issues in the home which normally you can’t see even they are in front of you. His inspection findings made my builder fix those issues. My builder messed up in the RADON test and we had to reschedule , Jordan worked with the builder and did the test again in a tight deadline. Overall I’m very pleased that I hired him to my home’s final inspection

Jordan went above and beyond to get me a inspection done during a tight timeframe. He was very helpful guiding me over the report over the phone and adding some suggestions and opinions on the various issues that were found and answering all of my questions very quick. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Andrew did a top quality job inspecting house we were thinking of buying. We saw problems and issues that we could deal with. Andrew called before inspection informing who he was, what he was going to do and any questions or issues I may have. He informed me when he was at house to preform inspection also when I should arrive to go over items. We meet and he showed me areas of concern, he had pictures on everything, good and the bad. He said he would finish report and that evening I started reviewing. It was very detailed, he saw what we saw plus much more. His knowledge and being detailed was amazing. We are purchasing this place and with his report we know what needs to be addressed and a game plan what to do first, it is a great punch out list. Nothing major yet it does have issues that we can address ourselves, if we can't we know what trade to call. Andrew was fantastic!! He was able to fit us in the week we called to schedule, came highly recommended by our Relator (for good reason!). His report was super prompt, thorough, and he had a very detailed call with us to go over everything afterwords to make sure we understood all of his notes and photos.
