Jordan went above and beyond to get me a inspection done during a tight timeframe. He was very helpful guiding me over the report over the phone and adding some suggestions and opinions on the various issues that were found and answering all of my questions very quick. Just got my inspection report for the house we are buying in TN. Jordan and Next Generation did the most thorough and complete inspection I've ever seen (and we have bought and sold three houses). He looked at everything from construction, to appliances, to plumbing, to roofing - every aspect of the house. I particularly liked the way he used a drone to inspect the roof and gables. Jordan is truly an expert and professional and knows what he is doing. He's the guy if you need a home inspection.

I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. My current inspection was a new build in which Andrew found items that needed attention from the builder. My experience has taught me to never purchase a home without an inspection. That is why I would never purchase a home without the insight and knowledge that Andrew provides with his thorough inspection of a property. Andrew did a great job. He was easy to communicate with both before and after the inspection. Andrew was very thorough, and his report was extremely detailed. His price was reasonable and he more than paid for himself with a very detailed report with photo evidence that we were able leverage to negotiate repairs with the seller.
