I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. Andrew did a great job. He was easy to communicate with both before and after the inspection. Andrew was very thorough, and his report was extremely detailed. His price was reasonable and he more than paid for himself with a very detailed report with photo evidence that we were able leverage to negotiate repairs with the seller.
