I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. Andrew was fantastic!! He was able to fit us in the week we called to schedule, came highly recommended by our Relator (for good reason!). His report was super prompt, thorough, and he had a very detailed call with us to go over everything afterwords to make sure we understood all of his notes and photos.
