Andrew inspected 2 homes for me - one I bought in 2021 & one that was being sold in 2023 Andrew is phenomenal! He does not miss a thing & answers any questions I asked. His reports are so in depth that the people buying the house used it plus the Mortgage Lender accepted it for the Loan! I was thrilled to give the lovely couple this gift!

Andrew saved me from a disaster of a home. He went through the home I was going to buy with a fine tooth comb. Boy o boy the things that he found that no one else did was amazing. His report, pictures and videos were worth every penny I paid and more. I have bought 5 or 6 houses in my life and never had a home inspection done as well as this one. Andrew did a top quality job inspecting house we were thinking of buying. We saw problems and issues that we could deal with. Andrew called before inspection informing who he was, what he was going to do and any questions or issues I may have. He informed me when he was at house to preform inspection also when I should arrive to go over items. We meet and he showed me areas of concern, he had pictures on everything, good and the bad. He said he would finish report and that evening I started reviewing. It was very detailed, he saw what we saw plus much more. His knowledge and being detailed was amazing. We are purchasing this place and with his report we know what needs to be addressed and a game plan what to do first, it is a great punch out list. Nothing major yet it does have issues that we can address ourselves, if we can't we know what trade to call.
