Andrew did a great job. He was easy to communicate with both before and after the inspection. Andrew was very thorough, and his report was extremely detailed. His price was reasonable and he more than paid for himself with a very detailed report with photo evidence that we were able leverage to negotiate repairs with the seller.

Andrew inspected 2 homes for me - one I bought in 2021 & one that was being sold in 2023 Andrew is phenomenal! He does not miss a thing & answers any questions I asked. Great company with work with. Jordan is a Knowledgeable guy. He was able to find issues in the home which normally you can’t see even they are in front of you. His inspection findings made my builder fix those issues. My builder messed up in the RADON test and we had to reschedule , Jordan worked with the builder and did the test again in a tight deadline. Overall I’m very pleased that I hired him to my home’s final inspection

Just got my inspection report for the house we are buying in TN. Jordan and Next Generation did the most thorough and complete inspection I've ever seen (and we have bought and sold three houses). He looked at everything from construction, to appliances, to plumbing, to roofing - every aspect of the house. I particularly liked the way he used a drone to inspect the roof and gables. Jordan is truly an expert and professional and knows what he is doing. He's the guy if you need a home inspection.
