Andrew saved me from a disaster of a home. He went through the home I was going to buy with a fine tooth comb. Boy o boy the things that he found that no one else did was amazing. His report, pictures and videos were worth every penny I paid and more. I have bought 5 or 6 houses in my life and never had a home inspection done as well as this one. I'm still looking to purchase a home so Andrew will be inspecting that one before I buy. Thank you again Andrew for saving me!

It is seldom I have an opportunity to write a review where I am impressed not once but twice by someone's knowledge and work ethic as I experienced with Jordan. I was unable to be at this home inspection but knowing how he handled our first go at it I wasn't worried. After he did his inspection we did a video call where he took me through the inspection and reviewed the good and not so good findings.
