I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. My current inspection was a new build in which Andrew found items that needed attention from the builder. My experience has taught me to never purchase a home without an inspection. It is seldom I have an opportunity to write a review where I am impressed not once but twice by someone's knowledge and work ethic as I experienced with Jordan. I was unable to be at this home inspection but knowing how he handled our first go at it I wasn't worried. After he did his inspection we did a video call where he took me through the inspection and reviewed the good and not so good findings.
