Andrew inspected 2 homes for me - one I bought in 2021 & one that was being sold in 2023 Andrew is phenomenal! He does not miss a thing & answers any questions I asked. His reports are so in depth that the people buying the house used it plus the Mortgage Lender accepted it for the Loan! I was thrilled to give the lovely couple this gift!

Just got my inspection report for the house we are buying in TN. Jordan and Next Generation did the most thorough and complete inspection I've ever seen (and we have bought and sold three houses). He looked at everything from construction, to appliances, to plumbing, to roofing - every aspect of the house. I particularly liked the way he used a drone to inspect the roof and gables. Jordan is truly an expert and professional and knows what he is doing. He's the guy if you need a home inspection.

I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. My current inspection was a new build in which Andrew found items that needed attention from the builder. My experience has taught me to never purchase a home without an inspection. I have used Andrew with Storey Home Inspections twice now. Reasonably priced, detailed inspection report and great to work with! Scheduled my home inspection timely and report was available next day. Andrew called and went over the report, answered any questions we had. I can’t say enough good things about Storey. Report had video, detailed photos and explanation, easy to read and understand.
